The biggest threat to leather shoes is getting them wet and drying them repeatedly. When your shoes get wet, you should never accelerate the drying process and instead allow them to dry naturally. Never use hair dryers, shoe dryers or place on or next to a heat source. This will dry out the leather and leave it hard and brittle.

Instead, remove the insoles and place paper towels or newspaper inside and leave them in an open space at room temperature to dry. Once the shoes are dry, we recommend applying the appropriate moisturizer such as leather shoe lotion, leather oil or leather dressing.

LEATHER CARE ESSENTIALS

  • Leather Lotion: for use on action, fullgrain & kangaroo leather
  • Shoe Oil: for use on fullgrain & kangaroo leather
  • Leather Dressing: for use on fullgrain & kangaroo leather
  • Cleaning Cloth: Lint-Free & Reusable
  • Cleaning Brush: 3 sided for a smooth polish on suede and all kinds of leather

Make sure shoes are cleaned of excess dirt, dust, and debris before applying any shoe lotion, oil or dressing.

Step 1- Leather Lotion

General purpose leather cleaner & conditioner

Shake well before use. Apply small drops onto the supplied cleaning cloth. In thin coats, work lotion into the leather upper of your dirt/dust-free clean shoes.

Allow 10 minutes to dry. Apply 3-4 times per year.

Do Not use on Suede!

Step 2- Shoe Oil

Conditions, lubricates & weather-proofs leather

Shake well before use. Apply small drops on the supplied cleaning cloth & work into the leather upper of your dirt/dust-free clean shoes.

Allow 1 day to dry. Oil may darken the leather, test in a small area. Apply 1-2 times per year.

Do Not use on Action Leather or Suede!

Step 3- Leather Dressing

Protects, restores & weather-proofs leather

Apply a small amount on the supplied cleaning cloth & work into the leather upper, seams & stitching of your dirt/dust-free clean shoes.

Allow 1 day to cure. Apply 2-3 times per year.

Do Not use on Action Leather or Suede!

Lint-Free Cleaning Cloth

Works as the perfect applicator for all leather conditioning products. After each use rinse well with warm soapy water until surface dirt & soap are gone. Hang dry. Replace cloth as needed or once it starts to deteriorate.
